Pingree Grove's Police Pension Board is required by state law and consists of five members. Two members are elected police officer representatives, one retiree representative, and two residents appointed by the Village President, with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. The Board meets on a quarterly basis and is responsible for managing the police pension fund.
