Overview
The Planning & Zoning Commission (PZC) serves in an advisory role to the Board of Trustees concerning zoning and property development matters. The PZC fulfills the roles of a Plan Commission and a Zoning Board of Appeals, which covers the review of subdivision/PUD plats, development plans, planning and zoning activities, and requests for variations under specific circumstances. The PZC conducts public hearings as required by law and forwards their recommendations to the Village Board for final action.
