In honor and recognition of the passing of former President Bush, President Trump has declared Wednesday, December 5th a mail holiday. There will be NO MAIL SERVICE DELIVERY that day. All payments received through the mail will be applied to your account on the date received. To avoid any late fee and to ensure your payment is received on time, we recommend you drop your payment off at Village Hall or pay with a credit card online.
If you haven't paid your water bill yet, hurry in to avoid the late fee! Payments are due by 5pm Thursday! A 10% late fee will be assessed Friday on any remaining balance due.
Payments can be dropped off in the drop box at Village Hall, or you can walk in to pay from 8:30am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm. We take Cash, Check, Money Orders, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, and we NOW ACCEPT VISA! Credit card payments can also be made through our website at www.pingreegrove.org. You will need your account number to make your payment.
The most efficient way to ensure your payments are made on time is by using Auto Pay. Click here for a link to the Auto Pay application. Fill it out and drop it off or send it to Village Hall with a voided check. Your next bill will show your balance due and remind you the payment will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the due date by stating "AUTO DEBIT DO NOT PAY." No more late fees!
