PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Village of Pingree Grove Planning and Zoning Commission (the “Commission”) will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 16, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Pingree Grove Municipal Center, 555 Reinking Road, Pingree Grove, Illinois 60140 to consider a petition by Pavel Korchigan to: i) amend the previously approved planned unit development (PUD) final plans for the property located at 1105 Bell Road, Pingree Grove, IL to encompass Lots 13-18 of the Pingree Grove Business Park-First Resubdivision (collectively, the “Subject Property”); ii) obtain the Village’s approval of a plat of consolidation relative to the Subject Property; and iii) obtain a special use permit for said Lots 14 through 18 (in addition to the existing special use permit for Lot 13) in order to develop the Subject Property as a motor freight service facility in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted to the Village by the petitioner.
A copy of the petition to amend the PUD final plans for the Subject Property and to extend the special use for a motor freight service facility to the entire Subject Property and the plat of consolidation are on file and may be examined during regular business hours in the Village Clerk’s Office at the Pingree Grove Municipal Center, 555 Reinking Road, Pingree Grove, IL 60140. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
