To participate in the Community Events Committee's Community-Wide Garge Sale, you must register for a garage sale permit online via the Village's payment portal. The cost is $10 and includes the required permit, placing your sale location and brief list of sale items on a garage sale participation list that will be distributed and available beginning June 9th at the Municipal Center, Police Department, Cambridge Lakes Community Center, and the Carillon Club House, in addition to participating sale locations being added to an interactive Google map which may be used by interested customers!
The Village will place banners at the main entrances and will advertise on social media, website and new phone app. INDIVIDUAL GARAGE SALE SIGNS are not being provided. Signs may be placed on private property only. Placement of signs on public right-of-way is prohibited.
