Moving Update: Limited Services Availability on Friday

Front view of Municipal Center, 555 Reinking Road

The Village will be completing our much-anticipated move from the current Village Hall trailers to the Municipal Center on Friday, June 28, 2019.

As a reminder, Village offices will be closed to the public on the morning of Friday, June 28, reopening at 1:00pm.  Prior to 1:00pm, Village email and phone systems will not be operational and the Village will not be accepting any in-person transactions.  (Online payments can be made at any time, for your convenience).  We apologize for the interruption of service, but as a component of the Village's efforts to control costs, we are reusing current computer systems which must be moved.  In order to accommodate the Comcast requirements for transferring phone service, the move has to occur on a week day.  Police services will remain operational at all times.  In the event of an emergency, please dial 911.

We fully anticipate that the Village will have operations restored by 1:00pm on Friday, but if there are unanticipated issues with computer systems or phones, we will share updates on the Village's Facebook account, as well as on Twitter and Instagram (@pingreegrove).

As of Friday, all Village operations at the current Village Hall and building division will cease.  All Village administrative operations and building division operations will be relocated to the Municipal Center.  We will be accepting and processing all applications and payments at the Municipal Center, and a new after-hours utility bill drop box will be installed in the Municipal Center parking lot.

If you're not familiar with the new facility, it is at 555 Reinking Road, just north of the Police Department and Water Plant locations, and adjacent to the intersection of Reinking Road and Highland Avenue.  We ask for your patience while we continue our operations and move into the new facility, and in the coming weeks, we will be sharing information about an Open House event for late this summer, to share the facility and offer full tours.
