protocol CHANGE IN THE HANDLING OF CALLS FOR SERVICE (COVID-19 / Coronavirus)

On 3/18/2020, the Pingree Grove Police Chief issued a Notice (click link to view Notice) regarding the Handling of Calls for Service.

In the event of an emergency, please call 9-1-1.  Other important information regarding emergency calls and non-emergency calls can be found in the Notice.

LOBBY HOURS

The Pingree Grove Police Department lobby is generally open from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except Holidays.  When the lobby is closed, there is an intercom available that will directly connect you to our dispatch center for assistance. Please tell the dispatcher your name and phone number so that they can call you back if they have further questions.

The phone number for non-emergency police service is 630-232-8400 which will connect you to KaneComm Dispatch. They will have an officer respond to your request.

Child Car Safety Seat Installations


Installations of child car safety seats are available by appointment only. Appointments should be made with advance notice to check for the next availability. To make an appointment for an officer to install a new child safety seat, or check a seat which has been previously installed, please contact our administrative phone number (847) 464-4600 during normal lobby hours.
