Village Clerk

The Village Clerk is the keeper of the official records of the Village, including Village Board meeting minutes, ordinances, resolutions, executed contracts and other official documents.


Services provided by the Village Clerk include:
  • The operation and updating of the Village's website and online presence
  • Recording minutes at Village Board and Planning & Zoning Commission meetings
  • Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Officer 
  • The preparation and distribution of the Village's agenda packets and related supporting material for Board or Committee meetings
  • The sale of Village permits, licenses, and water/sewer billing
  • Supervision of the Village's Customer Service Representative and any clerical or administrative assistant staff maintained at the Municipal Center.
