New residents should call the Water Billing Office at (847) 464-5533 to establish service.

The Village issues bills on a monthly basis. If you have questions about your bill, call (847) 464-5533 or h2o@pingreegrove.org. You can mail your bill payment in, pay your bill at Village Hall during business hours, drop your payment in the after hours deposit box located in front of the Village Hall temporary trailer, or use our new online E-pay (credit or debit cards) or sign up for Auto-Pay (direct withdrawal from checking) systems.

If you are moving out of your residence, please call at least one week in advance of your departure to establish a date for a final reading.
