Why hasn't my refuse been picked up?

Answer:
Flood Brothers will pick up your refuse on the scheduled day with one notable exception - if there is a holiday that week and your pickup falls the day of the holiday or ONE OF THE DAYS FOLLOWING IN THAT WEEK - your pick up will be delayed one day. This will allow the drivers to spend the holiday with their families and make the time up on Saturday that week.
