The Village has established a TIF District in the Pingree Grove Business Park along state Route 20. There are approximately 15 new business sites available on 100-plus acres, designated for commercial and light industrial use.
A preliminary plat has been approved for the commercial development of 12 acres of land along state Route 72, immediately west of Reinking Road, which will provide essential services and sales tax revenues.
Annex & Rezone
Pingree Grove has annexed and rezoned approximately 50 acres for commercial purposes at the intersection of state Routes 20 and Route 47. It is anticipated this commercial property will attract large-use businesses such as a major chain grocery store. The village continues to work with numerous interested parties.
